These terms apply when you use www.bumblehugs.in or buy from us. The website is owned and operated by Bumblehugs, managed by Pooja Joshi, Spaze Corporate Park, Sector 70, Gurugram, Haryana 122101, India. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the website You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's involvement. Please give accurate details, and keep your account login safe.

2. Products and prices

  • We show product colours and details as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

  • Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address isn't serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If you've paid, we refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

8. Liability We're responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We aren't liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.

10. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
