Shipping Policy

Where we deliver We deliver across India. You can check whether we deliver to your PIN code on any product page.

Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for your PIN code.

Shipping charges Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges at delivery.

Tracking your order When your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation with tracking details. You can also follow it anytime under Account → Orders.

Delivery attempts Our delivery partner will try to deliver up to three times. If the order can't be delivered (for example, a wrong address or nobody available), it comes back to us and we'll contact you.

Damaged or missing parcels If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please don't accept it, or record photos when you open it. Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.
